Questions & Answers
What exactly is RPO and how does it work?
RPO stands for Recruitment Process Outsourcing - in other words, outsourcing your recruitment to external professionals. I take on exactly the tasks you need: from candidate search to recruitment - flexibly, efficiently and completely under your employer brand.
Why should I choose you instead of in-house recruiting or a recruitment agency?
Because I'm more than an agency and more flexible than an in-house team, I give you scalable recruiting power, in-depth process expertise and measurable results - exactly when you need them, without long-term fixed costs.
When does RPO make sense?
RPO is useful when time, resources or recruiting expertise are in short supply, and provides professional relief and measurable results in the event of rapid growth, many vacancies or the desire for greater efficiency.
How quickly can the recruiting process begin?
Faster than expected - you can often get started after just a few days. Quickly agree, get started, adjust: uncomplicated, focused and without long discussions.
What does RPO cost?
Less than one vacancy. The prices depend on the scope and duration - I will be happy to explain my pricing during the introductory meeting.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Preferably both! Depending on the location and process, I like to come into the office, but I also work remotely to a certain extent.
How can you reflect the corporate culture?
During onboarding, I get to know the team, the values and the culture in detail - so I can speak your language, convey your attitude to the outside world and ensure that every application feels like a genuine "welcome".
Can I only use you for certain recruiting areas or positions?
Absolutely - I step in exactly where support is needed, whether for individual positions, specific specialist areas or just part of the process: everything can be booked on a modular and flexible basis.
How do you integrate yourself into the existing HR department?
I work as a natural extension of the existing HR department. Right from the start, I am in regular contact with the team, coordinate ongoing processes, priorities and feedback and integrate seamlessly into existing tools and communication channels.
